The Oasis Studio is powered by a G4 733 Macintosh Computer
with
1.25gb Ram on board. We use the excellent Cubase VST 5 for both
Midi and Audio recording & use a twin 19" monitor display. |

The audio is recorded via our on board Korg Oasys card and
recorded
direct to hard drive, of which we have several. We use a host
of Plug-In's
within Cubase to further enhance the sound. |

Sounds are provided from various sources, Roland G1000, Alesis
D4,
Korg Oasis (Triton Sounds), Sampletank samples & Halion
samples.
If you have your own favourite sounds or Akai samples, it's
no
problem, most can easily be imported. |

Microphones : We use a variety of Mic's chosen to suit the
job.
Rode NT2, AKG 1000, EV and Sure. These are normaly fed
direct to Cubase via our Mindprint Valve Preamp (digital out). |

Cubase gives us the luxury of recording and automating our
mixes
so they can be reviewed at any time or date. All projects are
archived
to CD on completion and can be re-called easily at anytime. |
